An order form will be supplied on-line for
retail/designers and individual customers to fill out
and submit via email directly to us. We will accept
phone orders on custom orders from retailers and
designers ONLY ( no phone orders will be accepted for

Pre-Approved Retailers/Designers Form

This form must be filled out for pre-approval
information supplying us with their resell number and
other essential information.
|

Special Orders & Custom Products
|
|
| |
Orders must be placed through an interior designer or
retailer in your area. These include larger size throws,
bedding ensembles and custom individual orders. Have your
designer contact us and we will work with them to design
the perfect throw, pillow, bedding ensemble or wall hanging
for your home.

Delivery Schedule |

| |
From the date of purchase your order will arrive approximately,
as follows:
- Online/Web Orders 3 to 4 weeks
- Special/Custom Orders 6 to 8 weeks
You will be directly notified if there are any production
delays.

Cancellation Policy |
|
| |
You may place a cancellation request within 5 business
days after SGT receives your order. There are no refunds
after that time frame due to SGT fabric purchases. No exceptions.

Credit Card transactions will be available shortly through
