Simply Gorgeous Throws and Accessories specifically uses natural fabrics, hides, leathers and furs in our collections as part of the artistic design in our items. Due to the nature and characteristics of natural products there may be slight imperfections in the materials which should not be considered as defective or damaged goods.


For authentication purposes SGT issues Identification numbers, photographs and lists all materials of each item produced. This is to insure both SGT and the customer, that all our products are shipped in excellent condition and with the utmost care. Any damages claimed upon receipt of the goods will be construed as damages incurred by the shipping carrier. These claims must be reported to SGT within 3 business days of delivery in order for such claims to be acknowledged and accepted by SGT. No merchandise will be accepted without a return authorization confirmation and code. After said 3 day period, the shipment shall be presumed to be in acceptable condition by the customer. At that time, any rights or privileges under any credit card or payment companies shall have no further recourse or legal claims against SGT.


An order cannot be cancelled after it has shipped. If for any reason an order is cancelled which hasn’t shipped yet, there will be a 4% charge for credit card processing fees. These fees are charged to SGT by the credit card or payment processing companies and shall be passed on to the customer.


All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with your packing slip, within 7 business days. after return authorization has been issued. All returns must be shipped via insured and pre-paid U.S. Mail or UPS (for protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
